Inboxells is a service that automates workflows between Gmail and Google Sheets. The data controller responsible for your information is:

Data We Collect

When you use Inboxells, we collect only the data necessary to operate our service effectively:

Personal Data

• Your name and email address from your Google Account
• A unique user ID via Supabase
• Your preferences within the app

Google Data Access

Through OAuth 2.0, and only with your permission:

• Gmail: Read email metadata and send emails on your behalf to perform automations.
• Google Drive: Access and modify only the specific spreadsheet files you select via the Google file picker (`drive.file` scope).

Technical Data

• IP address
• Browser type
• Error logs
• Usage events

Google API Services User Data Policy

Inboxells's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No Use for AI/ML Model Training

We explicitly affirm that data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is **not** used to develop, improve, or train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML) models.

Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is used to:

Authenticate and secure your access to Inboxells
Run the Gmail/Sheets automations you've configured
Provide you with a personalized dashboard
Manage billing via Stripe (if applicable)

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We share limited data only with trusted third-party providers:

• Vercel – Web app hosting
• Supabase – Authentication, database, and storage
• Stripe – Payment processing
• Google OAuth – Authentication and access

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We are committed to respecting and facilitating the exercise of these rights.

If You Are Located in the European Union (Under GDPR)

Right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and data portability.

If You Are a California Resident (Under CCPA/CPRA)

Right to know, delete, opt-out, and non-discrimination.

If You Are a Canadian Resident (Under PIPEDA)

Right to access, correction, and withdraw consent.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account remains active.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard.

You may also revoke Inboxells' access to your Google data via: Google Account Permissions

Inboxells implements technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data.

• Access protected using Supabase Auth
• All data transfers encrypted via HTTPS
• Regular security audits and updates
